Staff - Stewardship

The Stewardship Department believes that time, talent, and treasure are gifts from God. As Church, we are called to share, use wisely and honor those gifts. We strive to enable vision for the future, provide a conducive environment for worship, ministry, support and fellowship, assist parishioners to recognize their call to faithful stewardship, and to provide administrative support and communication necessary for ministries to fulfill their mission. We accomplish this through fiscal responsibility, fund development, management of the facility, and administrative support.

Teri Cunningham
Director of Stewardship and Development - x738
Teri is the director for the Stewardship Department and is responsible for the overall direction, planning, budgeting, and management of the department. She leads the parish budgeting process, parish accounting and finance, stewardship education efforts, fundraising activities for the parish, new members welcoming efforts and social events. Teri is the liaison between the parish and Archdiocese in the area of temporal affairs. She works closely with the Finance Commission, stewardship ministries and groups, and ensures that proper interal controls are in place. Teri also manages parish consultative groups.

Dan Parker

Director of Facilities - x793
Dan manages the work pertaining to the facility and its use. He provides oversight for the scheduling of the facility, monitors the alarm systems, phones, and environmental controls. Dan is responsible for preparing for special projects, soliciting bids and implementing major repairs. He manages the full and part-time maintenance staff, and consults with the Director of Stewardship to inform and discuss progress with facility projects and concerns the need to be addressed.

Robert Tims
Maintenance Department - x729
Robert performs a variety of tasks for the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the parish buildings, grounds, event set-ups and assists the Director of Facilities in maintenance supervision, daily tasks, scheduling outside companies for repairs, maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and receptions/social goods. Robert also maintans the equipment use for grounds maintenance.

John Hinkle

John maintains the building and grounds, ensures the facility is locked and unlocked, maintains room set-up, makes general repairs, provides snow removal, consults with staff members and assists with their room set up, and is responsible for the daily cleaning of the facility.

Dianne Griesser
Parish Secretary - x703
Dianne provides clerical support to staff members and the pastor. Dianne assists parishioners and guests who come into the office and handles incoming calls. Dianne also orders office supplies, maintains the membership database, sacramental records, and keeps the master schedule for facility use.

Gidg Lazar
Part-time Clerical Assistant - x701
Gidg provides clerical support to the staff and ministries. Gidg also manages parish mailings, maintains ministry lists, inserts new family photos into the membership database and runs reports. She creates flyers, labels and invitations, and provides back up for the front office receptionist.

Nancy Niehaus
Part-time Bulletin Editor - x725

Nancy composes the weekly parish bulletin and helps to compose the year-end financial report.

Patty Lindner
Director of Communications - x713
Patty monitors the communication that occurs between staff, ministries and organizations of the parish. She schedules presiders for Weekend and Weekday Liturgy, and Reconciliation Services. Patty keeps the website up-to-date, takes and distributes minutes at staff meetings, prepares weekend announcements, monitors the parish bulletin boards and plexiglas stands, and proofs the parish bulletin. Patty facilitates the Communications Committee and helps to compose the year-end financial report.


Kathy Shaut
Part-time Parish Bookkeeper - x701
Kathy maintains the books of the parish and creates useful reports for the Finance Commission and parish community. She consults with the Director of Stewardship in the management of funds, manages the payroll system, oversees payment of parish bills, and generates year-end giving statements.
