Our next 55+ Luncheon will take place on Thursday, February 16 at 11:30 a.m. where we will welcome back astronomer Dean Regas. Dean wowed us back in 2019 with a fascinating Tour of the Universe presentation. This time, Dean will again take us on a journey to the farthest reaches of the universe with images from the James Webb Space Telescope. From its perch one million miles from Earth, NASA's James Webb Space Telescope is already sending back stunning images of planets, stars, nebulas, and galaxies. What has it discovered so far, and what is still to come? We will explore together with Dean immediately following lunch. After the presentation, Dean will be available to sign copies of his new books 100 Things to See in the Night Sky and How to Teach Grown-Ups About Pluto.
