Christmas Gift-Giving Volunteer Sign-up

October 23, 2023Our “Sign-up Weekend for Volunteers” is October 28/29 at Activity Center B. We will have computer stations set up for you to use, and we will have team members there to assist, and answer any questions you may have. If you are unable to stop by the Activity Center, you may also sign-up now on our website (see below for links).
Our first Christmas Gift-Giving Project task needs volunteers to construct the gift ornaments and instruction sheets for parishioners to consider and select starting the weekend of November 4/5.
CONSTRUCTION OF GIFT ORNAMENTS & INSTRUCTION SHEETS
Date: Monday, October 30, 2023
Time: 9:15 until completion, probably around 10:30 a.m.
Location: Rooms 7 & 11 (enter through Door #2)
Light breakfast snacks and drinks will be available.- Please bring a stapler, full of staples, if you have one. Activities will include: Applying the individual gift labels and stapling a coded gift tag to the instruction sheets;
- Putting labels on gift tags and ornaments for the gift-giving trees. Children and adults who can line up labels on the ornaments or who can staple are welcome.
