Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Led by a certified class leader and sponsored by the Caregiver Assistance Network, this six week course will include some very practical steps for taking care of caregivers' own needs, reducing stress, making decisions and communicating in challenging situations. Caregiver Assistance is a program of the Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio and funded through the Council on Aging.
