All 7th & 8th grade youth are invited to “Made Known,” a day retreat!
This day retreat is an opportunity for young people to step out of their normal routine and fully focus on their faith. A team of trained High School students will lead the participants in games, discussions, and prayer.- We are all called to become saints — to follow Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life — but what does that look like? What are the foundations of living a holy life? What does it mean to be a saint?
- Made Known is a retreat designed specifically for junior high school youth that reveals what it means to be a saint. Each session lays out different foundations in the path of holiness, providing a diverse selection of saints as examples. The youth will learn the importance of loving God, seeking truth, and having courage as they follow Jesus on the path to sainthood.
Who: All 7th & 8th graders
When: Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Where: Good Shepherd (drop off and pick up in the Youth Room)
