Special Summer Faith Formation Registration Information to Note

Summer Faith Formation (Grades 1-8) will be one two-week session taking place Monday through Friday, July 17-28, 2023. Registration forms will be accepted within the following periods in the order they are received. Only online registrations will be accepted. Children MUST BE present each day for the entire time - each day is equivalent to a month of weekly classes.

Registration periods for grades 1-8 for Summer Faith Formation for 2023 is as follows:  (Please note, Kindergarten will NOT take place during Summer Faith Formation this year, but will take place in our Weekly Faith Formation program):  

1. Wednesday, March 1, 2023: Registration is open to parishioners who registered at Good Shepherd prior to January 1, 2023 and non-parishioners whose children attended either the 2022 Summer Faith Formation program or the 2022-2023 Weekly Faith Formation program. 


2. Monday, March 20, 2023: Registration open to all parishioners of Good Shepherd.


3. Monday, May 22, 2023: Registration open to all families.

No registrations will be accepted after Friday, July 7, 2023 for our 2023 Summer Faith Formation program.
 

SUMMER FAITH FORMATION PARENTS PLEASE READ!

If your child needs to take medication while attending Summer Faith Formation, please do the following:

1. Download and complete our Medication Authorization Form for Summer Faith Formation Students. Download form now ►


2. Send the medication in a separate bag with your child’s name on it. The teacher will keep the medication in the classroom cabinet.


3. Click the link on this page to register your child(ren) for Summer Faith Formation by clicking the link titled "Faith Formation Online Registration (2023-2024 year)."
